Hot Press Vinyl: This type of printing involves pressing machine cut vinyl shapes on to a garment with heat. This type of printing is excellent and affordable for small run numbers and is the method we use to make your custom single garments. Hot Press Printing requires you to pick the colours for the different elements of your design from a set palette.
Screen Printing: Screen Printing involves the passing of a special ink or other printing medium through a mesh or ‘screen’ that has been stretched on a frame, and to which a stencil has been applied. Screen printing is only suitable for larger numbers due to set up costs and has a minimum order. Screen printing inks are matched as closely as possible to the colours in your design.
Graphic Requirements for Custom Garments
To avoid any design service costs we require all graphics in a vector format. Failing that please send your image as separate layers so that we can easily run your graphic through our vectorization program. If you are unsure as to what format is best please contact us and we’ll help you out.
Please remember that some images are just not printable via Hot Press or Screen.
For a small fee our design service covers any artwork requiring more than the basic tinkering to make it printable. If you are a graphics novice or just need some more advanced help you can get us to do the work for you. We will also keep the finished graphic on file so you can use it for any further garments with us.
I don’t know about you but there is nothing worse than missing a courier, calling to find that all other delivery times don’t suit and discovering that the nearest depot is miles away. With that in mind we send your order via Royal Mail so you can be sure that if your order doesn’t fit through the letterbox or you are not at home you won’t have to travel far to pick it up. You also don’t have to worry about the delivery price on all orders over £50 as they are delivered free of charge!
Multiple custom garment orders may incur a delivery charge, please let us know where you need the items delivered to along with your order and we’ll include any postage charges in the quote.
We only deliver to UK addresses.
We cannot accept any custom made garment for return unless it is faulty, damaged on delivery or your instructions have not been followed. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We will only refund up to cost of Royal Mail 1st class recorded post.
Shop garments may be returned for any reason but we will only reimburse return postage costs if the item is faulty or we have sent you something (size, colour or design) in error.
You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Proof of posting is not proof of delivery. Please be aware that any returned items are still your responsibility until we have accepted them back so please ensure you keep your postage receipt in case the goods go missing in transit.
To arrange a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you full return details.
As mentioned in the services page all custom items are created using our hot press vinyl process on Gildan garments. If you have a separate garment preference or the type of garment you require is not available from Gildan we also supply other brands that may suit your need, just get in touch via the contact page.
Please refer to the charts in the product listing above for additional size information (based on information we have from the manufacturer). All sizes are ‘to fit’ so please bear this in mind when ordering. Please take your time when choosing as custom decorated garments that have been ordered in the wrong size cannot be returned, unless the mistake is ours.
If there is any more information you would like regarding sizing please reach out to us using the contact page.
Bulk & Trade
We are currently not doing any bulk or trade orders on undecorated/blank garments. We are, however aware that many suppliers demand large minimum orders/minimum spends. If you cannot find another supplier that will fulfil your needs please contact us and we will see if we can help.
