Information that is gathered from visitors.
In common with most other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as browser type, referring page and time of visit.  Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.  Where registration or subscription is opted for, the visitor’s email and a name or username will be stored on the server.  Basic sales information and details (names, addresses etc) are only used for the purposes of the sale and are securely held until there is no longer a legal obligation for us hold such information.  As our payment gateway is PayPal we do not hold any bank account or card information for any service user or customer.

Cookies.
A cookie is a piece of data sent to your device from a website. This means the website can recognise your device if you return to the same website. Cookies do not contain any personal information about you, they cannot be used to identify an individual user, cannot carry viruses, or install malware.  Some expire at the end of your website session; others may remain on your computer for longer.

How the Information is used.
The log files and cookie information are used to enhance the visitor’s experience when using the website to display personalised content and possibly targeted advertising on the website.  Names, addresses, e-mail addresses and any other contact information is only used for purposes of the sale or subscriptions and will never be sold or passed to any 3rd parties (we hate junk mail and marketing calls as much as you do!).  E-mails may be sent to inform you of news of our services or offers if you have opted in to such communications.

If you have subscribed to one of our services, you may unsubscribe by following the instructions which are included in e-mails that you receive.
